Whether your septic system is a holding tank, conventional, at-grade, mound, or pretreatment system, our plumbers will install or service your system with accuracy.
Soil/Perc Testing - The first thing one has to do is to call us and hire us to do a Soil Test. The Certified Soil Tester will, by appointment, come out and examine the soil to determine the type of septic system that is permissable by State Code. The procedure requires an excavator on site. Soil test pits are dug with a backhoe. The Certified Soil Test examines the soil. The outcome of reading the soil types determines what type of system you are allowed to place on your land.
Septic & Holding Tank Pumping – T.L. Sinz Plumbing, Inc. has the right equipment to pump your septic tank or holding tank. At the time of our visit, we will pump your tank, clean your effluent filter (if you have one) and inspect the condition of your tank(s) and drain field (if you have one). We believe that cleaning your tank through the manhole cover is best and not through the inspection pipe. If your tank is not pumped in this matter eventually the drain field will clog resulting in system failure, smell, bacteria and unnecessary costs. We do encourage you to have your manhole dug up prior to us cleaning your tank. Having a water hose hooked up to an outside faucet is also appreciated. This saves on time and labor cost for you.
T.L. Sinz Plumbing, Inc. has POWTS Maintainers that will professionally evaluate or service any septic system. After the evaluation we will fill out and file any forms required by the county or state.
